Prices

Currency conversion

Purchase process

Order shipment

Product Delivery
Degustitalia is responsible for the delivery of products purchased by the User, provided the order has been received, confirmed, and paid in full.
Degustitalia shall not be liable for delivery delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party actions beyond its control.
If the User does not receive the product within the estimated delivery period, they may report the issue using the contact information provided at the end of this document. Degustitalia will track the shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or refund using the same payment method originally used.
Deliveries will be made only within Mexican territory, according to Degustitalia’s coverage and distribution availability.
Once the product has been delivered to the address provided by the User and received by the User or any person present at that address, Degustitalia will not be responsible for any loss, partial damage, or total damage to the product.
Degustitalia provides home delivery to the location specified by the User in their order. Scheduled delivery may incur an additional charge depending on the purchase amount and delivery area.
-Delivery Method
Degustitalia realiza la entrega a domicilio en la ubicación que previamente señale el Usuario en su orden de compra o pedido. La entrega programada puede tener un costo adicional dependiendo del monto de compra y el área de entrega.
-Tiempo de entrega
El tiempo de entrega es de máximo 48 horas después de la confirmación del pedido del Usuario.
-Costo de entrega
El costo de la entrega dependerá del monto total de la compra y el área de entrega. El monto total de la compra a partir del cual la entrega es gratis es definido a discreción por Degustitalia y es enunciado en el Sitio Web.
Antes de realizar la confirmación de su pedido podrá visualizar en detalle todos los costos asociados a su compra, incluidos los relacionados con la entrega del producto en caso de que aplique, si no existieran costos asociados a la entrega también aparecerá un enunciado de "Costo de Entrega: Gratis".
Degustitalia puede cambiar el monto total de la compra a partir del cual la entrega es gratis en cualquier momento, sin notificación personal directa al Usuario, quien podrá examinar la información en el momento que acceda al Sitio Web y también cuando realice un pedido.
Disponibilidad de los productos
Métodos de pago
Se facilitará la información relativa a los métodos de pago aceptados durante el proceso de compra.
Algunos métodos de pago solo estarán disponibles sujetos a condiciones o comisiones adicionales. En esos casos, la información relativa a estos podrá encontrarse en la sección específica de este Sitio Web.
Todos los pagos se tramitan de forma independiente a través de servicios de terceros. Por consiguiente, este Sitio Web no recoge ninguna información de pago - como datos de tarjetas de crédito - sino que únicamente recibe una notificación una vez que se ha completado satisfactoriamente el pago.
Si falla el pago a través de los métodos disponibles o bien es denegado por el proveedor de servicios de pago, Degustitalia no tendrá ninguna obligación de ejecutar la orden de compra. Todos los posibles costes o comisiones resultantes del pago fallido o denegado serán por cuenta del Usuario.
Los pagos pueden ser realizados mediante las siguientes formas:
(i) tarjeta de crédito y débito Visa, MasterCard, entre otras.
(ii) transferencia de fondos a la cuenta bancaria de Degustitalia, enviando el comprobante de pago a nuestro email info@degustitalia.com o por Whatsapp al número: +52 984 2292134.
Ofertas y descuentos
Degustitalia podrá ofrecer descuentos o realizar ofertas especiales por la compra de Productos. Todas estas ofertas o descuentos estarán sujetas en todo caso a los criterios, términos y condiciones establecidos en la sección correspondiente de este Sitio Web.
Las ofertas y descuentos siempre se conceden a la entera discreción de Degustitalia.
Las ofertas o descuentos repetidos o recurrentes no crearán ninguna acción o derecho que los Usuarios puedan ejercitar en el futuro.
Dependiendo de cada caso, los descuentos o las ofertas únicamente serán válidos durante un tiempo limitado o mientras duren las existencias. Si una oferta o un descuento están limitados en el tiempo, los parámetros temporales se referirán a la zona horaria de Degustitalia, según lo señalado en los datos de localización de Degustitalia en el presente documento, salvo que se indique lo contrario.
Políticas de devolución
Devoluciones
Se ruega al Usuario revisar bien el producto al momento de su recepción.
El Usuario podrá negarse a recibir el producto en condiciones diferentes a las pactadas en su orden de compra, en ese caso el personal de logística propio y/o de tercero asignado por Degustitalia, recibirá el producto y Degustitalia procederá a contactar al Usuario para solucionar el problema como el usuario elija, ya sea proveyendo el producto en correcto estado o cancelando el pedido del usuario y realizando una devolución del monto pagado en el mismo método de pago que realizó al momento de su compra.
Se aceptan devoluciones exclusivamente en los siguientes casos:
1) Producto roto, siniestrado o abierto y siempre y cuando:
a) Solicite la devolución en un plazo máximo de 24 horas. Posterior a este plazo Degustitalia no se hace responsable.
b) Se presente una prueba fotográfica enviada por correo electrónico a nuestros medios de contacto al final de este documento para proceder con el cambio o devolución.
2) Producto diferente al que se pidió en la orden online y siempre y cuando.
a) Solicite la devolución dentro de los 3 días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de entrega.
b) El o los Productos se encuentren en las mismas condiciones en las que fueron entregados al Usuario, las etiquetas de los vinos deben estar en perfecto estado y los vinos encontrarse, en su empaque original, o alternativamente en algún formato similar que garantice la devolución en perfecto estado, acompañado del ticket de compra.
Proceso para hacer la devolución

El Usuario deberá contactar al email info@degustitalia.com dentro del plazo establecido en el apartado anterior: "Devoluciones"; enviando nombre completo, numero de pedido, nombres de los Productos a ser devueltos, cantidades, motivo de la devolución, prueba fotográfica que acredite el motivo y el domicilio en el cual se recogerán los Productos.

Una vez aprobada la Solicitud de Devolución, Degustitalia cubrirá los costos de transporte de regreso del Producto y enviará un mensajero a recoger la mercancía al domicilio proporcionado por el Usuario.

El Usuario deberá en su caso, entregar el o los productos en su caja o empaque original, en la fecha programada para tal efecto.
Reembolsos
Una vez que el producto devuelto sea recibido e inspeccionado, le enviaremos un email para notificarle que lo hemos recibido satisfactoriamente y comunicarle la aprobación o denegación de la devolución del dinero.
Degustitalia se reserva el derecho de negarse a llevar a cabo la devolución cuando los Productos:
(i) sean distintos a los Productos entregados por Degustitalia;
(ii) los Productos presenten muestras de alteración o daño causado por cualquier tercero.
Si se aprueba la devolución del dinero, en un plazo máximo de siete días hábiles desde el envío del email de aprobación, el dinero se cargará en la cuenta asociada a la tarjeta utilizada en la compra. Si el pago fue efectuado por otros medios, el reembolso se realizará a través de una transferencia bancaria en la cuenta del Usuario.
Retraso o ausencia de reembolso
Si todavía no ha recibido el reembolso, tras haber recibido el email de recepción y aprobación por favor póngase en contacto con nosotros a través de los métodos de contacto al final de este documento.
Términos generales
Validez, interpretación y legislación
Para la interpretación y cumplimiento del presente contrato las partes están de acuerdo en someterse a las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para cualquier desavenencia, las partes podrán acudir a la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor en su ámbito administrativo para conciliar sus diferencias; de subsistir dichas diferencias, las partes se someten expresamente a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de Cancún, Quintana Roo, México, quienes serán los únicos que podrán conocer de cualquier juicio o reclamación relacionado con las transacciones que se realizan en el Sitio web. Las partes renuncian de manera expresa a cualquier otro fuero presente o futuro que por razón de sus domicilios presentes o futuros pudiera corresponderles.
Indemnización
El Usuario está de acuerdo en indemnizar a Degustitalia, sus afiliados, proveedores, vendedores y asesores por cualquier acción, demanda o reclamación (incluso de honorarios de abogados y de costas judiciales) derivadas de cualquier incumplimiento por parte del Usuario al presente convenio; incluyendo, sin limitación alguna de las derivadas de:

La información contenida o disponible en o a través de dicho Sitio o de injurias, difamación o cualquier otra conducta violatoria del presente contrato por parte del Usuario en el uso de este Sitio Web.

La violación a las leyes aplicables o tratados internacionales relativos a los derechos de autor o propiedad intelectual, contenidos o disponibles en, o a través de dicho Sitio Web.
Dudas, quejas y reclamaciones
Cualquier reclamo o acción que resulte de o que se relacione con los presentes Términos y Condiciones de Uso o del uso del Sitio Web o sus servicios, puede ser presentada dentro de los cinco días hábiles inmediatos siguientes a la fecha en que el hecho del cual se derive el reclamo o a la acción legal correspondiente se haya verificado.
Nosotros haremos todo lo posible por resolver su problema en los siguientes 30 días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha en que Usted nos haga llegar su reclamación.
