DESCRIPTION
Colour: Intense pink with fine pearls.
Smell : Velvety and elegant aromas of strong intensity, enclose a wide range of fresh aromas that go from the rosebud to the "limoncella" apple to get lost in a cherry finish.
Flavor : In the mouth the persistence is rich and recalls the notes perceived on the nose, it is pleasant to note that no component dominates the others, but that all combine to create an excellent balance of harmony and freshness.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, blue fish, perfect with salmon noodles.
Awards: This wine has been an award-winning sparkling wine since 2011, the first year of its production, in the International Competition of the City of Wine: "Selezione del Sindaco" and has obtained awards such as 90/100 in the Vinitaly's 5 Stars Wine Guide.
